Carolina Sky Volleyball Club is excited to announce we will be holding our 2024 volleyball clinics in cooperation with the Irmo Chapin Recreation Commission (ICRC).   We are offering two clinics, both on Saturday, June 29, 2024. 

The first will be for beginner and intermediate players (girls ages 12-14) and will go from 9AM to 11AM; and the second will be for advanced players (girls ages 13-15) and will go from Noon to 3:00 PM.  The cost of the beginner clinic will be $30 and the cost of the advanced clinic will be $40. 

At the beginner/intermediate clinic we will teach the fundamentals of volleyball, including the proper techniques for serving, passing, setting, and attacking.   At the advanced clinic we will teach/practice the advanced skills of jump serving, attacking, diving, and digging.  Both sessions will be instructed by Michael Hansen and Mary Hansen, who are the Directors of Carolina Sky Volleyball Club.  

Both clinics will be held at the Crooked Creek Gym located at: 1098 Old Lexington Hwy, Chapin, SC 29036.   The phone number for the gym is 803-345-6181

We will be selling Carolina Sky VBC dry-fit t-shirts at the clinics for $10 each.

Mid-Carolina Midde School Volleyball Camp

The Mid-Carolina Middle School Volleyball Camp will be held on June 17-20, 2024 from 9am – Noon at Mid-Carolina High School. The middle school camp is open to all girls entering 6th, 7th and 8th grade in the 2024-25 school year.

Mid-Carolina Youth Volleyball Camp

The Mid-Carolina Youth Volleyball Camp will be held on July 15-17, 2024 from 9am – Noon at Mid-Carolina High School. The youth camp is open to all girls entering 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade in the 2024-25 school year.
